After enrolling in the Early Childhood Education program at our Richmond campus, Jerginia found the supportive learning environment and hands-on experience she was looking for. Through three practicum placements, she had the opportunity to learn different childcare approaches and get hands-on experience.
One of her most memorable moments was leading activities during her practicum and seeing the children excited to participate. Experiences like these helped build her confidence and prepare her for a career in the field. We're so proud of all you've accomplished, Jerginia! 💙
